Send a useful report.
We welcome reports about formula errors, broken pages, and unclear instructions. Please do not send identity documents, a full home address, or other sensitive information that is not needed to explain the issue.
Report an editorial error
Include the page URL, section heading, a clear description of the problem, and a source or calculation we can check. Reports that could change a result are reviewed first, and material corrections receive an updated revision date.
Report a calculator problem
Tell us your device and browser, the values you entered, the result you expected, and the result you received. Crop screenshots to the relevant fields and remove any identifying details.
Privacy and data requests
NookPlan calculators run locally in your browser and do not send dimension inputs to our server in the current version. See the Privacy Policy for details about hosting logs, cookies, and advertising. Use the subject line "Privacy request" for an applicable data request.
What we cannot answer remotely
We do not provide construction instructions by email and cannot confirm structural safety or production dimensions from photographs. Those decisions require a qualified local professional who can inspect the site.
